Concerns from the Survey

1. Team Pictures:  We will be hiring a person to take pictures this season
2. U8 Team Windup
1. Question: .  There was a concern that people had to pay for pizza in U8 windup 2009 and were wondering why the registration did not cover that event. 
2. Answer: There was $3.00/ U8 used to offset the cost of the pizza.  Any extra money collected were for the parents and extra siblings that ate pizza.  Just a note.  For the U6 division windup, the food is graciously provided by Tim Hortons
3. U6 Indoor Option: At this point there was no discussion for the U6 being able to play indoor soccer (Futsal).  OMSA will take this under advisement
4. Registration Concerns:
1. Next year there will be an initial table where you will:

                                                               i.      Receive all the needed paperwork

                                                             ii.      Receive your family ticket

                                                            iii.      Be able to ask any questions about registration

5. Question about late registrations.  Registration is done early to give us time to place people on teams, decide on the number of teams from volunteer coaches, and this has to all be done by early April for Big Country Soccer.  Later registrations are accepted if there is room on teams
6. We are also working on developing a list of skill levels for each age group as a target for player development
